Been a member for years and years. Never had a problem until the last year or so. Me and my husband have referred tons of people; but I wouldn't dare do that EVER again with this new management. Within the last year or so, some have told me how hard it's been for them to get a loan--both personal and auto loans. That has never been the case with this credit union. I used to love CDC Federal Credit Union, but not so much lately. We have been asking about our favorite loan officers--which was practically all of them--only to find out that they have either left the company (no wonder why) or moved to another dept. Recently we found out that management has changed and realized that's why it's harder to get a loan, or just as hard as it is with a regular bank. I thought the credit union was supposed to be there for the members. It's a shame you have your life earnings directly deposited there for years and years and can't get a loan to save your life without putting up your house or your cars. We will be giving our business to Navy Federal and USAA from here on out! CDC Federal Credit Union is not what it used to be. I think the new management needs to rethink their new requirements. If we wanted strict rules, having to have great credit, and having to give up your life achievements to get a loan, we would have gone with a regular bank!!! -

I am a new member and have been very pleased with the service the credit union has given me. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. The internet banking and web bill pay they offer is especially beneficial to me.

It's nice to finally find a financial institution that truly looks out for my best interest. The employees in the branches as well as the call center are respectful, courteous and provide the best personal service anywhere!
