My wife and I were extremely happy with the outcome of our home renovation performed by CK Properties. Christian is great to work with and was extremely receptive to all our ideas, but not afraid to voice his opinion if he thought something might not work (which we appreciated). I never expected to have a contractor provide me a detailed project schedule at the beginning of the project and actually stick to it. We added a room to our home for our expanding family. He was very considerate of the fact that we have young children and had concerns regarding safety, which were considered throughout the project's implementation. The quality of the work and the outcome of the project exceeded our expectations. I have already recommended CK to a friend.

I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the work that CK Properties did for me. I had a picture in my mind how I wanted my renovations to turn out, but they far surpassed my expections. The thought of doing this fairly large project was scary, but once we got into it, it was exciting and fun especially when I saw the end result.

CK Properties did an outstanding job with our renovation and addition. The job was routinely monitored by a supervisor, and all workers were courteous and kept the area clean throughout the construction period. Many great ideas were suggested by CK Prop. during construction. We concurred with many of the ideas due to the reasonable additional cost during construction. Many ideas made the project more unique and functional. All suggestions were continuously compared to our construction budget. Supervisors and management were always interested, and listened to our questions and concerns. Any changes we requested were listen to and addressed with a positive attitude and approach. Workmanship that did not meet either our expectations or CK Prop. standards was redone in a timely manner.
