What a find! Great realistic prices, good workmanship and friendly on site owner! A great alternative to the pricey Dealerships. I have had several repairs done at this facility and was always pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices and good workmanship. They are now my regular Jag workshop and service center. No free carwash, but with savings generated, I can get plenty of carwashes!

A co-worker recommended I give Randy a call for a 2nd estimate on my Ford. Not only was the team friendly and knowledgable, but honest and affordable! I've lived in Atlanta for over 10 years and am happy to say I've finally found a good, trustworthy mechanic !

We have been taking our Jaguars and Mercedes to Cadillac Jaguar for more than 10 years, even for minor problems when they were under warrenty. In fact when we thought we had issues with the dealer we'd go to C&J and ask their opinion. In all cases C&J have always been correct in their analysis. When anyone in our family buys a car, the first thing we do is take it to C&J for an inspection. The quality of service is superior to any dealer where I've been a customer. In fact, many times when I've asked them to do work, they've declined saying it would be waste of money. In my opinon this is by far the best automobile service facility in Georgia, maybe the Southeast. And Chris & Randy are as smart and fun as they are efficient and honest.

Fair price, secure location and friendly service. I showed up unscheduled on a Friday morning when they opened the doors. I dropped the car off and they had it fixed by Noon. I plan to bring the car back for some minor maintenance items.

After your warranty runs out and you don't want to take your car to the dealership, it's great if you find a good place that you trust for repairs. Cadillac & Jaguar of Northlake is one of those places. It's hidden away in an industrial area, but is a small shop with the owner on site and they do good work and are nice people. I think they do other types of cars as well, and would recommend them.
