My favorite restaurant.... delicious food, wonderful service. They treat you like family -- the owner talks to everyone personally, and you'll feel like a regular after your second visit. Most entrees run about $12-14, but you can get half orders of many dishes and still leave full. Scallops, meatloaf, and lasagna (usually on special) are all standouts. The Sunday brunch is great!

We went to Calavino's for my sister's birthday and had a fantastic dinner. Wonderful appetizers (Calamari and artichokes were delicious!), huge, buttery seared scallops over polenta triangles..simple, but oh so good. Service was excellent, (Get Nikki) and Calavino is always making sure everything is just so. She's a warm and sweet presence that just adds to the overall dining experience and makes it our new favorite restaurant. The prices are also very reasonable and they have a great wine list as well.

Decor, food, wine, neighborhood, prices, and service...all excellent! Finally, someone has got it right in this location in Oakhurst. Despite, what it took for them to open a resturant in the middle of the building almost burning - these people got it together quick and made it look so much better than it did with other resturants "trying" to act like they knew what they were doing. I am so happy they are in our neighborhood. Amazing food and all for a very fair price!

I'm a big fan of Calavino's--the wine list and menu are fantastic and the service is superb. Calavino herself stayed at the table talking with us, we met the chef and bartender and servers--this is a restaurant worth returning to.

Beautiful decor, friendly staff, great service, delicious food along with amazing presentation. I highly reccomend the Pork Medallions over a bed of Rosemary Mashed Potatoes. I could have eaten two entire orders of this entre.
