The doctor care was great. However, follow up and customer service does not excisit in this office. When forced to order specialty medication through the office and no one is bothered enough to call to say that is in for 2+ WEEKS! Someone is clearly not doing their job, and someone else is not noticing that they are not doing their job.

This office offers aesthetics services at a great price. I paid less than $100 for a slim analysis and an hour facial. Kaity was professional and knowledgable and after 4 weeks of being on IMAGE products, my skin is looking much better.

I had a great experience with this office. From scheduling, to office staff, and even the lab work was the best lab draw I have ever had. I felt like my needs were met and everything was completed thoroughly.

we have been travelling and living overseas for many years, Europe, Asia, never in any city have we had that bad, rude, humiliating attitude toward a patient (or should I say "client"). I called 3 times and waited over 4 hours for their call back in regards with a refill of a simple medication. the tone and the lack of compassion were beyond understanding. Even though i did understand the impossibility to get my refill, I was trying to figure out another solution while on the phone. the words "i can't help you" were repeated numerous times. A member from the staff called Jodi hung up on me in the middle of the sentence saying there are other calls she needed to make! In a city with so many good doctors and centers, I would never again waste my time in a horrible unprofessional place like this one. They might need to stick to their weight-losing programs and lifting and not calling themselves something else than that.

Office staff does not coordinate anything well. Staff is rude. Dr. Anne Reed is inexperienced, rushed, not personable and no where nearly as qualified as others. She needs a serious lesson in bedside manner. NOT PROFESSIONAL

My first visit and I was greeted by a helpful front desk staff, my intake was super-quick due to online forms that I could print and fill out beforehand, and Dr Lee and FNP Meagan were both professional and thorough in addressing my concerns. They've developed a fantastic doctor-patient relationship that I look forward to maintaining.

I have been seeing Dr. Reed and her staff for over a year. Her Bio-identical hormone therapy has made a great difference in my quality of life and would highly recommend the program. The staff is very helpful,caring and professional.

I've been receiving hormone replacement therapy from Camelback and haven't felt this good in a long time. The staff is top notch and the facility is amazing. They offer so much there it's hard to imagine needing to go anywhere else. I've have my kids there multiple times and I have no complaints. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an appointment with Dr. Reed's nurse Meagan Crary. For someone who's supposedly an expert and can help you get well, this facility truly did NOT deliver because she prescribed me with WRONG MEDICINE! I had a very simple case of stye is what this nurse told me and it will be gone in a week BUT NO it didn't help because instead of curing the styes, I got MORE - >> 5 in a month! I told them my situation has gotten worst and asked if I can get "ANTIBIOTIC pills" which I read is the normal prescription to give to get rid of the bacteria but NO, they reiterated that the eyedrops should cure it and that's after they admitted that the eye drops is intended to cure "PINK EYE" but still they want me to continue using it?!? No wonder I'm not getting well! I was asked to return to their clinic so she can check it AGAIN! Seriously? She should have done it right the first time and I don't need to return for another diagnosis. I don't think anyone who's in their right state of mind should give them a time of day - I mean how do you know they'll diagnose and prescribed you the CORRECT medication the 2nd time around??? I am extremely frustrated that they can't cure what's supposed to be a "simple illness" and that I've trusted their wonderfully written reviews. What a very unprofessional practice! Please spare yourself of inconvenience and money. I am NOT recommending this practice. Meagan Crary needs to go back to nursing school!

I had my first and last appointment with Dr. Reed yesterday. I found her to be cold and insensitive. Throughout the appointment she made me feel uneasy, defensive and an inconvenience of her time. When she first came in, she didn't smile and immediately after shaking my hand, she purelled with hand sanitizer which I thought was tacky and rude. If there was any doubt that maybe it was me, she erased that by ending the appointment with telling me I wasn't a good fit for her practice. No reputable Doctor should ever say someting like that to a patient who put their trust into her to help them improve their health no matter how bad the appointment goes. There is no acceptable excuse for that and she should be ashamed of herself. I would never go back nor would I recommend her to anyone. I'm considering discussing the issue with my insurance company next week. Unbelievable experience.

Dear patient. I am sorry for your experience. We maintain a friendly, compassionate, and superb practice. Your experience is so far from what is the norm, that we will investigate this issue. However, it must be noted, that is completely out of character for Dr. Reed and in our years in practice, we have never had a complaint quite like this before. Additionally, we are keenly aware of your visit with us yesterday and none of your claims are factual. We pride ourselves in providing high quality, patient centered practice. I have been coming here for 2 years and have told others how great they are, Last week I had an MRI for a potnetial serious health issue. No one was returning my calls. I received a call Dr. Kim this evening to get input into what happened and to remedy the situation.I feel confident that he will get it taken care of to prevent this happening in the future. Thank you Dr. Kim for listening to my story to avoid it from happening to someone else.

They were once great, but seem to be in transition from family care to skin care and elective beauty treatments. They've changed their focus. The staff doesn't look or seem medical anymore. In fairness, they need to survive financially under the meager payments to doctors. They wear non-medical uniforms. Problem is that the clothes look like stuff you would wear in a fast food restaurant. What ever happened to scrubs? There are vogue ones out there that are better than a fast food uniform. I'd at least be reminded that the staff are health professionals. I hope someone from the office sees this because I'm not sure they are projecting the right image, or maybe they are.

I am not quite sure how long you were a patient, but we have always made it a point to make sure our patients are comfortable, treated with utmost respect, and have the best experience possible. Since 2008, we have always worn polo shirts to alleviate the "white coat" fear of patients. We go out of our way to make sure our patients are comfortable and welcomed. Patients know they are in a medical office, and it has been our finding that removing some barriers that remind patients that they are in a sterile medical environment affords better patient physician relationship. Our staff are very professional and are selected based on their education, professional credentials, and their willingness to help our patients. Our practice has always been a comprehensive health optimization practice where we incorporate great family medicine, anti-aging medicine, medical managed weight loss, and anti-aging skin care treatment. In short we have always been one stop shop that patients know and trust. We eliminate having to go from one place to another. The best health care is one that is able to integrate and understand each patient as an individual. We would be more than happy to discuss and address your concerns, however, our practice is not in "transition" but always have been a comprehensive and holistic family health care for the entire family. Ive recently became a patient of Dr. lee and i must say how satisfied i am overall with her front and back employees. i specifically want to recognize Karla and Maribelle these two ladies are extremely kind and familiar sweet inviting faces they make you feel at home from the second you step in the office. I love Dr. Reed however, her office and nursing staff are very unprofessional, unfriendly and rude. The brand new office is beautiful, the wait time to see the doctor was long and I walked away with someone else's prescription.

If your visit was on Tuesday 6/26/2012, we had an extraordinary event where three of our staff were out sick but that still is no excuse.
