My camera worked fine. Took it in for simple cleaning. Does not work properly now. They will not stand behind their work. Nikon said the camera was not operating correctly. They said Nikon was wrong. Do Not Use This Company.

Took our video camera for repair. We had had a previous good experience with CRJ. This experience was not! We paid $25 for their "estimate fee" with a note below that "estimate will be mailed or faxed within 24-48 hours." The called back ELEVEN days later. When I retrieved the camera the next day, I asked for a refund of my $25 because they had not honored their side of the contract (a day late and I might not worry too much; but eleven days is outrageous, even if they closed for snow for a few days!). The employee who returned my camera refused, insisting that their snow-related closure of a few days excused them from honoring their contract. Secondly, he mouths off with "I didn't write that contract" (AMAZING THAT A BUSINESS WOULD TRY TO DENY THEIR OWN CONTRACT!). Thirdly that "those lines on the contract don't have anything to do with each other" (AMAZING THAT YOU DENY RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR SIDE OF YOUR CONTRACT!). I asked to speak with his manager, to which Brian arrogantly replied, "I don't have to give you that information." Earlier, when I asked for a refund since they had not honored commitment, he smiled and mouthed, "That's not going to happen". Be warned: you don't want to be treated with this attitude! Take you business to companies that don't deny their own contracts and then mouth-off to their customers!

Mr. Harris has brought his camcorder for estimate on 1/6 afternoon for a diagnostic and estimate (takes average 2 working days). The week following, we had snow storm and technician came back on Thursday for work. We had difficulty getting infor from Sony for parts price and availabiliy so we were actually 1 day late from average estimate time of 2 days. The diagnostic and estimate for camcorder is non-refundable and Mr. Harris knows it. When we showed him the calendar just to be fair on timeline he wrinkled our calendar and threw away. His words and tone were out of line also. Our goal is to meet customer's need at all time and we've done that since 1980. Sometimes mothernature does not throws us delayed situation. We do not talk back to our customers as he described above.
I recently brought in my Sigma 70-200mm lens in for service. I was told at the time of drop off that repairs were running 2 weeks. I got a call 5 days later saying the repair was complete. I'm very happy with the service and will use CRJ in the future.

I took my camere in 3 times for the same repair. They never fixed it! They tried to charge me again the 3rd time for the same problem. They took my money and never repaired the problem. I called Canon and they said CRJ should never have been referred for a Power Shot. Canon repaired it and it works great! Stay away from CRJ. The manager Kim very rude to boot. They take your money and don't repair your equipment.
