I have used Campbell Cab Company on 3 separate occasions to get to Hartsfield-Jackson airport for an early flight to a customer site and I have had major problems with the cab company each time. On each of the 3 occasions, I made arrangements for a cab to the airport the day prior to my planned departure. On the first occasion, the driver was 1 hour late (the driver said that his alarm clock was not properly set) causing me to miss my flight. The driver had no change, could not take a debit or credit card and had no receipts. When I returned I called the office to get a receipt so that I could file my expense report and the dispatcher said that they would scan a receipt and e-mail it to me but they never followed through. On occasion 2, the driver was 45 minutes late; had no change and the cab had no meter. On occasion 3, after waiting 55 minutes and not being able to reach anyone at the Campbell Cab office (my calls went to a cell phone that had a voice mailbox that had not yet been setup) to get a status on my transportation I finally wound up driving myself to the airport. Use Campbell Cab only if you have a backup plan or if you have lots of time to wait around and lots of cell minutes to burn doing follow-up.
