By my own admission, I was inadvertently late to drop off my dogs--which was the first time I had been late ever-- due to writing down the incorrect time (human error). I was "greeted" with hostility as well as cursing that I've never before experienced in my life! I chose not to leave my dogs and you shouldn't either. Dogs are energy readers, and Debbie has very bad energy. Look elsewhere! Your dog deserves to be treated better.

Debbie and Randy are wonderful and really care wonderfully for the animals that stay with them. I have NEVER come across such a place to leave your dog. Have boarded many times with them and have never had a nagative experience. The dogs get to play outside in a big back yard(clean)and are not always locked up in a cage. They play with the other dogs and get lots of fun and exercise. It is a good feeling to leave an animal you care about with Debbie and Randy!!!

First off, upon arrival we were greeted with hostility and abrasiveness. Our dog not only left their facility with an injured leg but also a torn, beyond use, collar. Then at pick up, we called to say we were running a little late and were told it was okay and to come anyway. When we were 15 minutes away, in the car, we received a phone call telling us that we would not be able to pick him up because they were closing right then. It would've been helpful to be told this before we were on our way, like maybe when we called originally. Not only did we have to turn around, we also were charged extra, and harassed on the phone not just once, but at least three separate calls if not more, to both myself and my partner. This was a very bad experience, we were treated with great disrespect and are very concerned with how they treated our dog since we weren't able to even see where they keep the dogs. I would recommend boarding your dog with someone else!!!!!

I took my dog to the Canine Complex once and will never use them again for his care. I think/hope my dog was treated OK, however the owner was overbearing and very rude to me. I was 9 minutes late—counting the 4 minutes I waited for the owner to answer the door—when I dropped him off and my friendly hello was greeted with a mean-spirited scolding from the owner for "messing up her schedule." I was technically only 5 minutes late! She yelled at the other boarded dogs because they barked when we walked in and that made me cringe. I actually felt sick when I drove away. I would never have left a child in her care and I regret leaving my dog. She also does not feel dogs should have canned food and I felt bad since my dog is normally fed canned food at dinner-time. One would think the dog owner should get to make that decision. The owner may feel she is a dog expert, but she lacks people skills which are imperative when owning a business. I would suggest training for her! The only positive is that they do not charge for the temperament evaluation, but I'd rather pay for it and be treated with kindness. I felt uneasy during that temperament evaluation and I wish I'd gone with my instincts—my dog passed, the Canine Complex failed.

We have been taking our four legged daughter, Crunch, to the Canine Complex since 2005. Crunch is a rescue, and she definitely had issues. She is leery of unknown faces and dogs, yet Randy and Debbie have made her feel welcome, and we know this because Crunch's tail starts wagging, as fast as it can go, when either Randy or Debbie greet her when we arrive. If you need a loving environment for your four legged child, look no further!

They taught my lab how to be a "person" and cured him of the delusion that he could fly. I recommend them to absolutely anyone who wants the best behavior from their doggie friends. Super nice people, too!

Debbie and Randy are the sweetest people and they have the best doggie daycare and boarding. Your pet will have plenty of exercise and play time. I always feel good about leaving my pets there. They are very flexible about drop off and pick up times too.

I moved to Alpharetta and still continue to take my dog to Canine complex in Lilburn. The most loving and professional doggie day care I have ever seen. I have visited other dogcare facilities due to my recent move and I have yet to find a facility that is comparable with Canine complex.
