In short, this office tried to make me sign papers agreeing to 1) pay fees for work before I had even had a consultation, and 2) bill me for work they claimed wouldn't be covered by insurance (it would). They would not accept x-rays taken 2 days prior, insisting on taking more, and were very reluctant to give my initial paperwork back to me, even though it contained my social security number, etc. They treated me very unethically, rudely, and did not seem to care at all about my dental condition, only their fee structure. My advice is t look around for a better place than this!
