Capital Garage Doors are great! Mr Wallace was seen leaving a store after another contractor hit my garage door with his truck and tried to cover it up. I could not get in my garage. I approached Mr Wallace and he was willing to assist me in my need of an emergency with the door broken off the hinges. Not only did he come to my house that night after finishing another job, he fixed the door that night and advised I could call day or night if any problems. I had no problems from my 35 year old double wooden garage door or what he fixed attached to the door. I have since then used Mr Wallace on another house. He has reasonable prices and is a man of his word. It is hard to find an independent contractor with quality skills and willingness to do his best at all cost to him. He does not tax the customer for a small business man and his work is quality one.

Brian came to my home to do an estimate and we agreed he would do the job. We gave him a check for the deposit and scheduled his services for Monday. He did not show up or call. We had to call him and said he would come on Tuesday. We have yet to see him and he has already cashed my check. We have left several messages and he will not return the phone calls. He is a conman.

I'm giving a poor review for this company because they took a long time to get back with me and although I did get my garage door put up they didn't have enough hinges but promised they would come back on "Monday" that was over 3 weeks and 4 phone calls ago. Without the correct number of hinges the door is starting to pull apart. They do not return the calls. I asked them to drop the hinges off and I'd put them in myself to tell me where I can go buy them and I'll go get them. Nothing from him. What they don't know is that I work with 2500 REALTORS and knowing I've had a door put up, several have asked me who I got to do my door. I had to tell them not to use this company because the follow through is horrible. Having me as a happy customer could have been a good business decision for them. They blew it. For $50.00 more I could have gotten Overhead Garage Doors to do the job. Big!! Mistake Brian Wallace.
