I purchased a new 07 Mazdaspeed6. I was up sold the "desert protection plan" which cost about $1500 and included unlimited car washes and oil changes for 4 years. 6 months later dealership stopped offering the car washes. They said that they would only wash it after the oil change now. During one of my oil changes the service tech recommended that I have all checked over for $70. I had a receipt with 6 techs signing off that my car was good; all fluid levels were full, brakes good etc. I went out to my car to find a 5 ft oil spill under it. They hadn't tightened the oil pan cap. (This vehicle has an oil cooled turbo charger I could have ruined my engine if I'd started it.) Now 2.5 yr in I am told that without $750 of routine "dealer recommended maintenance" my desert protection plan is void anyway. Also, the rear differential bolts stripped on this car from easy daily driving, not racing after one year. My clutch went out at 15K miles. Mazda quoted nearly 3 grand to fix it. I had it done at a shop for $1100. Don't package a sedan as a "sports sedan" and then under engineer the drive train Mazda. I paid 28K and after 6 months trade in value was 10K. Overall, I am very disillusioned and am never buying another Mazda or any car from Cardinally Way.

We were looking for a used SUV. We went to Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa. We liked a used Jeep, but had a price limit. Mazda was honest with us in saying that they could not meet our price. They didn't trap us in the office and try to make us buy a car we didn't want in our price range. They were willing to let us walk away knowing that we may come back another time. Love the No Lie Zone!
