Before relocating to Atlanta, I hired Jody Gothard at Career Pro Resumes to develop a resume aimed at PR & Marketing opportunities. I was uncertain how to tailor my resume , as my many years of experience were not industry related.. that's when I decided to hire a professional resume writer. I was completely impressed with the level of service that I received and the professionalism of their staff. Jody and the Career Pro team have done an amazing job with recreating my resume. When I saw it for the first time I was speechless. No editing needed to be done because it was perfect. Career Pro president Jody Gothard, who also goes by the name of Yaacov Gothard, charged me $1,550 for a resume, cover letters and "ongoing coaching" services in November 2016. He cashed my check immediately after our meeting and took a vacation to Louisiana. I never met with him again. I received a half-finished resume full of typos delivered by his associate, Heidi Marsh, via email after several weeks of constant follow-up. The resume was never completed. The services were never delivered. I've tried to recover my money without success. I would like to advise anyone seeking a resume service to avoid Career Pro at all costs (emphasis added).
