This shop has no respect for your time or the inconvenience they cause you. On multiple occasions they did not honor their warranty. They do not call if they find something else wrong, they they just fix it and you get the bill. They say what you want to hear but don't mean what they say. Like " I'm just starting to work on your can and Ill let you know what I find". 36 hrs later you find they haven't touched it yet meanwhile its Friday and you wont have the car for the weekend. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
Area Atlanta, GA

I have gone to different BMW dealers in Atlanta and had all sorts of issues, but Carma has great. From Alex who owns the shop to Mo who services my M5 to Tanya at the front, they get to know you and your car. They are very professional, up front and honest. Best of all, they care to do it right. Great shop!

I went to Carma for an oil change and simple brake job, but my X5 ended up needing more work. Alex and his team gave me multiple options for what needed to be done, kept me informed with emails/pics and saved me some cash. I am probably a tough customer to deal with, but I will be back with my family's cars. Highly recommended.

Alex has been servicing my car for 3+ years. I would not trust my cars to anyone else. If something needs to be done, he does it right, if there is no repair needed, he lets you know. His prices are great, I have sent many friends to him. I do not know where I would have my cars serviced if it were not for Carma. If you are even thinking about a repair shop, this is the one!

I have a Mercedes c230 and could not bear the prices at the dealer. The problem was if the car was not driven everyday the battery would die. I took it to the service station near by. They put a battery in it and sure enough it dies a week later. I took it to a German repair shop, they put an alternator in it and had it for over a week. Two weeks later the battery was dead again. My co-worker takes his tricked out 328 to Carma and said to try them. The car was their for only 2 hours before they called and said it needed a seat computer? Sounded a little unbelievable, but I would believe anything at this point. So far it has been over 4 months and no problems. Left the car for Thanksgiving and it started right back up when I got back. Thank Carma

I have been going to Carma Motorsports for over 4 and a half years. I was shocked when I saw such a negative review on these guys. Last time I was in I mentioned it to the owner. You should have seen the look on his face. I said he had just finished WINNING his case against the unhappy customers credit card and even showed me the paper work from American Express. He said he did not even charge the guy to look at the alarm and the guy did not even want to fix anything. He brought up the customers old ticket. It was the only time he had come in and most the stuff Carma looked at they did not charge him for. In my experience with the guys at Carma Motorsports, they have always been honest and fair like their name suggests. I met them when my 3rd BMW went out of warranty. They have saved me a lot of money and were able to fixed a few electric problems that the dealer could not when the car was under warranty. Give them a try, they are nice guys that really know their stuff. I've had Bimmers for over 20 years and I feel safe bringing all 3 I have now to Carma

I have an 05 745il. I have been taking my car, since new to my BMW dealer where I bought it. I am out of the warranty for the car. A co-worker of mine takes an older Mercedes to Carma and said that he has seen new model BMWs there. After speaking on the phone to the shop manager I felt comfortable enough to give them a try. Needless to say, the work was done with not problems and I saved a bundle. I really enjoyed the easy going atmosphere of the shop. The guys there are truly enthused about what they do and it shows. I would recommend them to anyone who need "dealer" help and can't find a quality independent shop. They had a special laptop just to do the computer diagnostics on my BMW and said that they have most of the same special tools that the dealers have. I will be back for front brakes soon they said. I am looking forward to saving $200 and not having to wait 3 days to get my car back. Thanks guys, John

I took my BMW in because of a car alarm problem and I came out with a BROKEN TRANSMISSION. I'm limited on space here but long story short they broke my transmission installing a part. As an added bonus, MY ALARM WAS STILL GOING OFF! They refused to fix anything without charging for more parts and service. I took my car to a respectable BMW repair shop and they confirmed that Carma had broken the part while installing it. They fixed it along with my alarm in one day for a little less than Carma. Take your car elsewhere, you'll thank me.

This customer was unhappy, obviously. He disputed the charges from his initial repair with Amex. When we provided the paperwork to Amex, they sided with us -- we did the work he approved, and he was unhappy that his vehicle required more work to be completely fixed. Of course we refused to fix things without charging more -- if we do more work we have to charge more! Overall this customer unfortunately could not afford the repairs his vehicle needed and he was taking it out on us.
I made my appointment via the phone and clearly stated what I needed done. I followed up with a checklist for them and dropped my car off. I left it for a week while I went on a business trip. When I returned to pick up my car, they only completed 2 of the 3 things. They failed to complete my 130k mile servcie citing they didn't know.

We have had issues in the past with clear communication with customers. We have put systems in place to help avoid these kinds of mistakes in the future. We apologize for not getting it right, and we as always strive to make our customers as happy as possible!
While they were thorough, I will only use them if my car can't make it to my regular shop. When I made my appointment and dropped off my car, I made it clear what needed to be done. When I picked up my car, they had done an extra service that I had not authorized. Had they called and asked, I probably would have agreed to the service. They were willing to drop the item the item from my bill, but I couldn't help feeling taken advantage of.

Carma specializes in imports -- Mercedes, BMWs, etc. You'll never go to the service center of a dealership again once you've done business with Carma. They have the best customer service and prices in town. Why pay for the overhead of a fancy dealership and their latte bar?

I had to have my air compressor replaced in my Benz. The team worked with me to find some great aftermarket parts and made it much less costly. Great customer service as well.
