Everything is fresh! The salsa is made fresh daily with no preservatives (unfortunately, this means you cant bottle it up and take it home for leftovers. Without preservatives, it wont "keep" in the fridge). The hot salsa is the best I've ever had, I think. It's flavorful without burning just for burning's sake (yeah, I'm looking at you Tijuana Flats...) The sangria is also made fresh with a deep red table wine, loads of fruit, and a hint of cinnamon. A pitcher isnt cheap but it's very delicious and the perfect complement to any meal served.
