Awful first and last experience. We purchased a carpet remnant, waited 2 and a half weeks to get it back from the binders ( we were told 1 week or 2 at the most). When we called to find out when we could pick it up, we were given some excuse instead of an apology for not communicating the delay. We were given the wrong carpet at pick up and when we called them to tell them they gave us the wrong one, we were given attitude from the sales guy.I asked to have the owner call us back, instead Dale called us back and continued to be ignorant to me and kept cutting me off. We returned the wrong remnant, got our refund (thankfully) and we will NEVER use their services again. If I could give them no stars, I would have. Completely dissatisfied and will be telling everyone I know to never buy from them. Just remember that it take years to get a customer and a moment to lose that customer. You have lost this customer and our planned second remnant.
