Two side's to every event it would of interest to hear the business's explanation of the repairs & incidents regarding the preformed repairs . explaining the delay's & additional cost's required . Possible additional labor or additional parts required . These things cause a change in price & time to repair . This company has been in existence for 50 plus years & is highly regarded in the Industry. Its a shame people hide their identity rather than face the party they are accusing , because they may have not gotten their way so they hope to air their opinion without all of the facts presented . Their claims may be accurate , but they need to air a problem that their insurance company would help them with if the problems were valid . So this appears to be a desperate attempt to get attention thru slander. Rather childish

Took my car here and was told a specific price. A day after taking my car here for a quote,I received a call from the owner asking if I was interested and would like to meet him for a cup of coffee as he thought I was very nice, and he wanted to get together to chat. Being polite and for the fact I was driving when I received the call, I stated; 'Ok Thank you." I chose to not return the call to get together as I did not find it proper business ethics to mix business with pleasure. After a two months go by I take my car in for repairs, and again was told and he even wrote it down on a piece of paper what he was going to charge me. I get a rental car and upon picking up my completed car, I learned that the price to fix my car has now increased by $125.00 from the original price I was told he could fix my car for. Now I wonder if not meeting for that cup of java cost me an extra $125. I felt cheated and taken advantage of by some guy that was unhappy due to the fact I was not interested in meeting to chat. If you read this, I would hope you would be honest with yourself, as,you know what you told me and give me back the extra $125 you took.

To repair minor collision damage on my vehicle took a total of TWO WEEKS.I was originally told 4-5 days and didn't receive updates throughout the process, just delays. When I would call them for an update, the man would quickly dismiss me with the rude phrase, "The more time I spend talking to you,the less time I have to fix your car". And this comment was made AT THE 2 WEEK MARK!!Do NOT go here for business.
