They got something on my pants and then made me pay before they would re-clean them. Like the other reviewer I got no explanation or apology. They have been cleaned 3 times and are now faded, which of course they deny doing. The clothes that they didn't mess up looked OK but the service is horrible. I won't return.

When they're good, they're good, and when they're not, service goes out the window. Once they damaged a shirt, offered no explanation and did not apologize. We persisted and eventually were reimbursed. Now they've lost our dry cleaning. No explanation, no apology. They had us return twice with the promise that it would be there, but at the end of the day, they still had not found it. We were cast aside, made to wait, as they took care of customers dropping off and picking up, until we asserted ourselves and demanded an explanation. Anyway, we're still waiting for our dry cleaning. I will add another review if/when it turns up.
