I had my regular annual exam with Dr. Carroll and was very pleased with the experience (a friend had recommended her). The office staff wasn't amazing, but at least I didn't have to wait long once I arrived. I really like that Dr. C talks to you in her office, while you're dressed, before the exam - makes you feel less vulnerable (compared to when you're in that flimsy gown). Generally I felt like she wanted me to ask questions and she was truly listening to me.

Love Courtney and Dr Carroll, however if you are looking for a Dr to give you individual attention, don't go here. I feel like take a number and "we will get back with you." You can not leave voice mails for your physician directly. The office people are beyond rude. Nurses are wonderful. If ytou have a problem and need a call back, good luck. I ahve left messages before which ended up as phone tag as messages were miscommunicated through the office personnel. Experienced and one of the larged OB groups, but for individual needs, forget it. I almost accepted this as the norm for Dr offices, until recently when visiting another that was so friendly and then proceeded to send comment cards to fill out on their customer service. That is the Dr I want w/ staff that cares considering you spend 2 min w/ your Dr and most of the time w/ the ancillary staff. The after hours answering service is the worst ever, they must hire from the same temp pool none of which have customer service or any general etiquette whatsoever.

Kelli Carroll,M.D and Courtney Franz, P.A. are two of the best medical professionals that I have encountered. They not only are very accomidating with appointment scheduling but they take the time to talk through patient concerns. The mursing staff is also extremely friendly.

Dr. Carroll is very caring and takes time with her patients. Any time that I needed to be seen at the last minute or reschedule, they were more than accommodating.
