i went into the shop and was refused service because someone that use to own my car had not been a good customer terrible service and jim has the worst attitude of everyone in the place would not recommend this shop to anyone they over price quotes adding that they would install speakers in my door for 175.00 for a bmw dont let them take you for ride do your homework and shop around went to elite auto who took care of my car and charged half the price

Customer service was very poor. One particular staff member was extremely rude. I would not return here again.

I called Cartunes for a price to have an Ipod adaptor put in my husband's Cadillac SRX for Christmas. They quoted me $300 + tax. They had some trouble installing it as they told me on the phone but it works nonetheless. The problem was they charged my husband $370. He had to explain that the quote was for $300. They countered that they misquoted on the phone. End result is they honored their phone quote for $300 and my husband is happy with the product. I recommend them but if you get a quote get the name of the person on the phone or ask for the price in writing before having them work on your car.

I got an after market CD changer installed on a new car and the dealer used CarTunes to do the work. They did a very nice job of finding a good place to store the control unit and the disk changer so they are out of the way, but easy to access. Somehow the remote for the unit got misplaced before I picked up the car and CarTunes ended up ordering another one and getting it for me. They were very nice and tried other remotes that they thought might work so I could get going sooner. I worked with Corey, but everyone I talked to was very helpful. Update: Well, I thought everything was great, then I began having trouble with my car radio. When I took it in the dealer told me the after market CD changer had not been installed properly and they had damaged one of the connectors to the radio. The quickest option was to disconnect the after market equipment and the radio worked fine. I called Car Tunes several times to talk to them and was told the person I needed to talk to wasn't in and they never returned my call. I just gave up after awhile, since I have XM radio I almost never used the CD changer.
