BE CAREFUL!!! DON'T ALLOW THEM TO CLIP EARS!!! A mama cat had kittens in our back yard. Being animal lovers we painstakingly managed to catch all three. We were referred to them for there spay/neuter (they assist in TNR). We told they we had homes for them and asked them not to clip ears. Not only did they screw up and cut them, they mutilated the kitties ears. I've had cats my whole life and always had them clip the ear just incase someone escaped I didn't want a unnecessary surgery for a cat that has already bin fixed. A tiny little V cut out of the ear. I'm absolutely mortified-devastated at what they did!!! They cropped, not clipped the ear, in fact one of the kitties has half it's ear missing (I wish I was exaggerating)! This was beyond cruel it was butchery! Now I'm concerned if they were that careless with clipping the ears, what did they do in the surgeries! Please be vigilant before taking your babies there! My heart is broken and I can't do a thing about it, but warn others about this! Shame, shame on you Cat Care Hospital and whoever did that to these sweet angelic babies!!! DON'T DO IT AGAIN!!!

I wish I had seen these comments before taking my cat there. Not very professional and outrageously expensive. Never expected to pay over $700 for a dental cleaning and grooming. They don't call and ask for permission to do any procedures. The reason is they have you sign a release form and charge you as much as they like. My poor cat was traumatized when I picked her up. It has never happened before.

Cat Care Hospital is interested in money only. They are the only animal hospital I have ever seen that can take a routine healthy cat visit and turn it into a $450 bill. Unbelievable, they have jacked up prices on everything and push simple food supplements for five times the price you can buy them for in pet stores or on line. The two people who run the desk out front are very cold and uncaring and arrogant. They talk in a loud voice and act like you know nothing, and they know it all. Then, they hand you an outrageous bill. Avoid this place, unless you have money to burn.

I took my cats here for a wellness check, and also to have one of the cats groomed. They were great with my cat that was getting groomed, since I have a lot of trouble just trying to brush her. They didn't have to sedate her when they gave her lion cut, which made me really happy. Even though I wasn't there for the appointment, they seemed very caring with my cats. I would definitely recommend them for grooming. The price was pretty reasonable.

Prices are outrageous, staff is untrustworthy, my cat was beyond terrified, and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. Avoid if you care about your cat. They see dollars, not living creatures. The positive reviews must be artificial. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

We take great pride in the quality of our "Cats" veterinary services we offer. It appeared that someone or other business may have been tried to slander our reputation. In response to MrBitey's comment, if you could explain in more details about our staff (receptionist or vet tech) or our prices, it would be great. Some of our prices are not cheap depending on your cat has serious issue. In the veterinary world, it is true that "Good veterinary is not cheap, and cheap veterinary care is not good".
BTW, all those reviews below are actually from our clients, or go to our "Cat Care Hospital Marietta" Facebook and see for yourself. Trying to find out who is "MrBitey", we do not have any records in our file. We also googled, "Mr. Bitey" and there are lot of bad stuffs about you.... Who are you, Mr. Bitey?
I'm surprised at the positive reviews for this vet as my experience was anything but. We first went here for a wellness check up earlier this year. It immediately didn't sit well with me that they took my cat out of the room to do a basic exam (even to weigh him!) when I've never had another vet do that. When my cat recently got sick I decided to give them another try. A month of him being in and out of there (for 4-5 nights at a time), over $1300 in bills, and he is still sick. They haven't been able to tell me why he had some of his problems (he's never been sick before), or make him better. He also got worse after his first stay there instead of better. They keep giving advice but then can't offer good explanations as to why to do those things. One of the biggest aspects that has confused us about this place is that out of all of the times we've been there over the past year (about 9 times!), we have never actually met or seen a real vet. It's always a vet tech that does everything and goes over tests results. Not once, through regular yearly exams OR emergency visits have we met the actual vet! And, I've called and left messages for the vet to call me back about their results so that I can get some questions answered and it's always a receptionist that calls me back and can't answer all of those questions. That is not normal. The staff is friendly, the location convenient, but their service has been well below par.

our oldest cat became very sick suddenly before we took him to cat care. Dr. Rowell and her staff were wonderfully supportive and caring throughout his treatment, during everything to make him conferrable. It's nice to know they really do care!
