Not bad, if you have lots to dryclean and not they are not overly expensive items. I wouldn't get favorite things cleaned here but just fine for my husbands $14 Costco shirts.

Ruined my husband's silk shirt (shredded in machinery) Filed a claim, the owner - Joe - does all he can to avoid direct contact w/customers. After several phone calls & 6 weeks, finally get a check for 1/2 the amount requested for replacement and no free dry cleaning as promised. You save money, until they lose or ruin something. Switching to Delia's.

Lost articles twice in a month. Sometimes during the day the place is closed for no apparent reason. Price is cheap but sometimes you get what you pay for. Staff is always friendly but that does not compensate for errors. Have done business with them since they opened but now it's time to change.
