I had my vehicle serviced at their new location. I was very disapointed that no one greeted for at least 8-10 minutes. Yes they were assisting other customers but at least acknowledge and let me know you are aware that i am "waiting". The way i was processed and received my car not washed properly I must say I definitly did not feel like an Audi Owner. They need to def have their customer service department re-trained!
