Military Welcome! Spend your hard earned dollars there. Great All Around Service. Tiny and the crew were able to help answer all my questions and help get me the vehicle I wanted. I recommend Centennial over Findlay anyday. Findlay Toyota would rather put you on hold while they tend to other matters. Go see Tiny, and say that Thomas sent you. Guarantee you will be impressed!

DO NOT TRUST CENTENIAL TOYOTA! They tried to rip me off in the worst way. I wanted to buy a Prius and because they were in demand they wanted to charge me $6000 over MSRP. No one should buy a car from these people. They are liars and scam artists, I even got a call from the salesman I was working with afterward and he was apologizing because of how badly I was treated and how they tried to rip me off. There are more details to this story but to sum it up they were going to have me pay an absurd amount over invoice, give me less for my trade then other dealerships in town, and charge me over 10% interest when the other dealerships had me approved at 5.95%. I have purchased two vehicles from them in the past two years and I will never go back.

I just purchased my new car this past weekend at Centennial. I had done my homework during the week and called all the dealerships through town for the best pricing. Centennial was $2k less then ANY other pricing I received. Friend was very polite, not pushy and wonderful to work with. Friend did exactly what he said he was going to do and FOLLOWED THROUGH. We were very impressed! If you are tired of dealing with pushy car salesman, the search is over. Friend has definitely found a true customer! Thank you so much.

I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION IMMEDIATLY, I WAS JUST LOOKING. THE CAR SALESMAN WAS GREAT, HELPFUL AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE HE WANTED TO HELP ME. WHEN WE STARTED TO LOOK AT NUMBERS, THE SUPERVISOR WAS A REAL JERK. HE DEMANDED THAT I GO WITH THE MORE EXPENSIVE CAR BECAUSE IT WAS "A ONE DAY ONLY PRICE JUST FOR ME". HE SAID THAT THE BONUS DIDN'T MATTER TO HIM YET WHEN I DECIDED THAT I NEEDED TO THINK ON IT AND NOT BUY ON IMPULSE, HE ACTUALLY YELLED AT ME FOR TAKING UP HIS TIME. LIKE I SAID, I STATED THAT I WAS ONLY THERE TO LOOK.

They get to you quick when you come in. Not the most accurate getting your parts though. If you have a Toyota in NW Vegas, this is not a bad service station, but it is still painfully obvious that they are the same as all other dealerships for buying a car. Cheesy free hotdog lunches, goofy music, big smiling faced salesmen that pounce on you when you arrive....typical vegas dealership. This review is only for the service department though....fast enough, almost like a triage unit in the military, good call backs, etc.

First purchase: (4-Runner); we researched other dealerships in town and couldn't find a good deal so ended up here. Once again we had to go through the pain of "dealing" with another dealership. They had a fairly friendly staff and listened to our needs to some extent. We ended up with a 4x4, 4-Runner, but only needed the 2x4 model. They told us that you can't find 2x4 right now; personally I think it was a money maker (they needed to clear out the 4x4 models). We didn't get the exact deal we were looking for but it's very hard in this town. Second purchase: (Camry SE); it wasn't too bad of an experience, we used the same salesman. Again, even thou we were repeat customers and rated as VIP's it was still a little difficult. We went back and fourth on the trade, they didn't want to give me anything for it, wow what a shocker. The trade was valued at $5,900 in excellent condition; the offer was for $2,500 at first, that's about when we were ready to walk. Once we got the price where we wanted it we went with the deal, it was still a low offer but a little better. I would recommend them to others, just always do your homework and don't let them beat you down, keep the ball in your park not theirs.

I bought my car from Centennial Toyota. I constantly hear on my car radio how Centennial will give you $6000 for any trade-in. This is an out and out lie. This dealership wasn't even interested in looking at my trade-in.

I worked with Marlin Cobwell when I purchased my vehicle. He was great to work with, easy going and not pushy like other salesman. I liked the fact that he kept it real with me regarding the price of the car and my down payment. Things sure have changed since I first bought my car. You can no longer put down $500 to $1000 to buy a car you have to put down more money to get the best price and ge tsomething you can Afford. Thanks Marlin and thanks Centennial Toyota!

We took our car to be fixed after an accident ( it was one of the preferred repair places on our insurance list). They completed our car in a timely manner and it looks great. We do have a slight adjustment that needs to be made on the hood, but they told us to bring it back in at our convenience. We were very happy with them and they were very accessible when we called for updates
