I have not had a good experience at all with this cleaners. They lost my daughters dress this past September and I am still waiting for them to fully reimburse me for it. They only after numerous calls,reimbursed me half of the money that I paid for the dress and am still calling them after they told me it would take 2 weeks more to get the money from the insurance company. This is ridiculous, they are the ones that lost the dress and I am the one doing all of the work to make this right!I told them I am contacting a lawyer if I have not received the rest of the money by next Wednesday. It is such a shame that this business could care less about their customers, and because so they have lost us as a customer.
