Ordered dress. Took a month for them to process order. Dress was too small, so I sent it back, requesting a size larger. Month later, still not credited for the exchange and replacement not sent. Three phone calls later, still no credit, but exchange was sent. They sent the SAME SIZE. Called again. Told them I needed dress for special event. They charged my card AGAIN, and said they would rush it to me. Day of event arrives, still no dress. Am told order is still processing. Requested to cancel order, and am told that they can't do that because it is processing. Am told that there are no customer service supervisors, but someone would make a follow-up call to me. Still no call. E-mail link for customer comments doesn't work. Calls to corporate offices unreturned. Was longtime customer, but no more.
