We contracted this company to install a 5 foot high farm style fence. The guys that did the install had a difficult time understanding us and were very messy. Some of the boards were cut uneven so there are many edges that are not even close to being straight. The gates were slapped together so poorly that the boards just fell off. When the man came out the one time to fix the issues, they claimed someone stole the screws. When I pointed out there were no holes for the screws they claimed were missing, I was told perhaps they stole the holes too. The metal closures disinterested and the wood they were attached to simply fell off since it wasn't actually attached to anything. It was just wedged between two other boards. When I called to get someone to return to fix, I was handed off from one person to the next but no one actually did anything. This all happened within the first 3-9 months after install. I've been told for the last 6 months that I'm being put on the schedule to have someone come out and fix. It's been a year and a half since instal and we are looking to have to replace most of what we paid them $5k to install. Do not hire this company.

Paid 50% up front, 3-week wait for install. After the fence was installed it was decent at best. Scrap metal left along the ground, uneven posts, brackets crocked, dirt/gravel moved for install was not back-filled just left ditches/piles of dirt and spacing was terrible. No call, email or text asking how it looked, if i was satisfied, quality, etc. Nothing! All they did after the job was "completed" was charge the remaining 50% to my card WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION or even contacting me. Pay an extra 10% and use a company that stands behind their work. Buyer beware!!!

Installation of fence 5 star , but left sprinkler head outside of fence, even though home owner suggested turning on sprinkler system prior to installation in case fence needed to be relocated. Installers said it wasn't necessary. Chamblee refused to fix their mistake

Pathetic work. poor quality and worst customer service. I had work done with this company and my fence gate wood craked which let the metal part come out. I called this company 3 time in a month and they did not respond. Finally I got a guy named JOHN on the call he said it will cost $850 to fix the gate. Never ever use this company. They will vanish after installtion.

Literally my first Kudzu review, but our experience with Chamblee fence was disappointing enough to justify it. Great sales experience, super knowledgeable and friendly, and frankly a reasonable quote based on research. Were told that the install crews were 3-4 weeks out. Starting at the 3 week mark we began calling and emailing with no response. Eventually after 5+ un-returned calls and 3 un-returned emails to their scheduler, we were contacted and told that it would be another 8 days. After threatening to cancel the order, they sent a crew out in just two days. The crew arrive un-prepared, unaware of our detailed conversation and quote / sales experience, and without having the utilities marked. (a requirement in the City of Atlanta) The crew was extremely rude to my wife, uncooperative, and quickly gave up and left for another job. Their salesperson got involved again and committed to get the crew back out that day, which didn't happen, again with no responsiveness. The next day they were also unresponsive, and the salesperson finally committed to investigate and call back within 15 minutes. Four hours later he let us know that it would be the following week before a crew could be arranged. We've canceled the order and are awaiting a refund of our $4,000+ deposit. Their work quality may be excellent, but their professionalism and willingness to simply community honestly about delays, etc, is very disappointing.

Things don't always go as planned, but I believe a company which addresses and corrects it is one which is truly dedicated to customer service. Kress and team did an awesome job with my fence installation. The entire install was completed in one day (in spite of the rain) and the team cleaned up everything nicely when they were done. I will definitely recommend Chamblee Fence Co. to my neighbors.

Doing business was Chamblee Fence was a good experience all around. First the Estimator; Fred was most helpful; first he clarified my requirements, second, he helped me manage the pricing by being honest about some of the things my husband and I asked for and finally, he provided a timely estimate, ensured there were no open questions and clarified things where there were questions. The two installers were outstanding; they were careful with my plantings, made sure I reviewed what they were doing and that it was what I wanted, and worked with us every step of the installation. They also took the time to clean up everything and left the yard looking far better than when they came. Yes, I'm a Happy Consumer and my neighbors are happy too. What more could I ask for!

On 3/10/2015 I wrote a review of disapproval I was being charged to correct a wrong placement of a fence. The owner of this company is really intrested . Thank you they corrected the problem without any additional cost. I would use this company again.

I've worked with many companies to have work done to my homes and I can say that my experience with Chamblee Fence Company was by far one of the best. Parker was quick and responsive to provide us a very fair quote. The team that did the work did a fantastic job and were very courteous. I'd use this company again!

We had a split rail fence installed on our property by Chamblee fence in 2008. The installation was quick and the fence looked good. 6 years later, multiple posts had to be replaced because they were completely rotten. I expect the fence to last longer than 6 years! I had wooden fences on my previous properties and they did not have these issues. I called for a quote to have 3 posts and 1 rail replaced - $800 (includes the repeat customer discount). Unbelievable high in my opinion. So I liked the quick installation but am disappointed by the short time part of the fence lasted.
