I just got my carpets cleaned by this company and after paying close to $300 my carpets still have stains. I was initially quoted $156 and I ended up paying at least $100 more after he "reassessed" the carpet upon arrival. DO.NOT.USE.THESE.PEOPLE. I'm highly disappointed.

This franchise is also at the 1400 S Marietta Pkwy address. I wrote a complete review for that one, so please read. In a nutshell, the cleaning job was not thorough, a worker lied to us, and the owner refuses to work with us to resolve an issue. Chem-Dry coorporation does not resolve issues at the store level, so don't look for support there.

Yes, I completely agree with Cynthian... buyer beware. I originally posted a review for Atlanta Chem Dry (1395 W. Marietta Pkwy) back in January of 2008 (see review below). Fast forward a year and half later. Again it was time for my carpets to be cleaned, so once again I phoned around to the different Chem Dry's and Chem Dry Atlanta came out the cheapest once again. I explained on the phone that I had my carpets cleaned previously with them and also detailed the number of rooms, layout, and square footage. I was quoted $120. Once they came out to clean my carpets, the bill suddenly jumped to $180. I was told that because of the layout, i.e. a 30 sqft hallway and a 15 sqft closet, there would be an additional charge. I ended up paying the amount because I figured I could call and deal with the business directly (not the person cleaning my carpet), and have it resolved. After repeated attempts, I was told the owner would call me back, but never did. I informed the lady on the phone, that the final price ($180) was more than the highest price of all the other Chem Dry locations. One location even had a 4 room special for $150, and another had an entire house for $170. Based upon the customer service at Atlanta Chem Dry, I would NOT use the franchise located at 1395 S. Marietta Pkwy, Marietta, GA.

The woman who represents herself as a co-owner of this franchise is focused on the wrong things and unpleasant to deal with. They do not accept feedback when a job is poorly done and are difficult to work with.
