After reading so many positive reviews on Rollins I decided to go for ENT issues bothering me for years. The three times I saw him I waited over an hour each. Office staff was luke-warm at best and often rude. Dr. Rollins was scientific but had no bedside manner. After 3 visits and thousands of dollars, we had no solution. I still was sick with swollen glands, ear infection and fever. They refered me back to my main doctor and I was left without any answers. Absolutely DO NOT go to this office!!

I've gone to several HMO internal medicine doctors and was eventually referred to an allergist who was mediocre at best. Dr. Rollins really dug to the root of my issues and even help treat a skin allergy which my dermatologist misdiagnosed and mistreated.

I have been to many allergists. My allergies have tormented me all my life. If it was not for my allergies affecting my mind and my senses, I would have had the potential to easily become an extremely successful person rather than an above average success story. I have a passion and a basic college understanding of biology. This was the best doctor I have visited. He actually listens to his patients - the most important quality a doctor should have, and he uses patient input looks at all sorts of possibilities, provides patients with understanding of their own problem and methods to help themselves - all this in the aid of his diagnosis. He spends time with you, cares about you, and looks at several methods to produce a plan. On the other hand, doctors like Dr. Sherin completely ignores you and treats you like a subordinate. She thinks she is smarter than you, has synmtoms of doctor's pride disease, and does does not explain the situation. She rushes you out the office.

It was my first time going to Dr. Rollins. I got pushed off to a PA. Her work was questionable at best. I got sent through a battery of tests and $5000 later they had found nothing. Another Doctor (I later sought out) found and medicated the problem without really looking for it. Also, The additude of the supporting staff was dismissive. I would never have gone to this doctor had I known what I know now. Very very poor work.

I have know Chet Rollins for 25 years. He has managed issues and operated on me, and I can say whether I am more impressed with his considerable technical skill, or his boundless enthusiasm for his practice. More importantly, it is difficult to imagine a big practice doc who is more personable or more genuinely interested in every patient he sees. I have referred literally dozens of friends and family, and received only glowing reports.

..and I've seen a few. Finally I'm getting my sinus/allergy problems corrected. And he even listens to his patients! Also, I can't say enough good things about the office staff -- always pleasant and helpful.
