This is the first and only place I have ever been forced to pay a registration fee up front of $80.00 most places waive the first year. Everytime I dropped off or picked up, variety of times, my child was never being read to or taught, children play amongst themselves or they are eating. Not learning. The final straw is this place is extremely manipulative, they have a list of hidden charges. Was supposed to be paying $140 a week for 3 days, but they always found a way to charge us $192, $174, $185 every single week! When we finally confronted the director, this was supposed drop off fees, they want you to scheduele the time and day your child is coming. You even have to sign a new contract EVERY MONTH? My husband was furious, and signed him out completely. Never again.

I recently enrolled my 15month old son who lasted a week. It was the most disorganized facility i have ever seen for this age group!! When i originally toured the place they introduced to supposedly his teacher and his class, when we did enroll him 2 weeks later it was a completely different room and in the 6 hours that he was there for he would have 3-6 different teachers and moved to 2-3 different rooms. How can a child so young feel comforted when the staff change every few hours in a new enviroment! The staff were very nice and helpful but if i called from one hour to another it was a new teacher that would say "oh he is upset but i don't know for how long cause i just came in, and i wasn't told anything" I would not recommend this place to toddlers there is no stability in staff which made it extremely hard for my son to adapt! School age kids im sure would be great but for the younger ones absolutely not!!!! I hope this saves someone time and the emotional worries that we went thru!!! God Bless!!!!

I had my son in the sunset location from the time they opened in '01 until '03 when they lost him...He had decided to wander out to the playground and no one noticed and my mother came to pick him up and got the run around that he was in another room finally someone saw him outside... I never went back but I know that they had overcrowing and not enough teachers and that they have tried to remedy this and hire more...My overall experience was one of a great place that centered on healthy choices and good education...but they lost my son even w/ all there moniters and employees.

All of the staff take the time to meet and know all of the children. so they are not afraid of the teachers. The 24 hour a day is great. My child loves it there and so do I.
