The first time she was my sitter my daughter had gotten a fever (not from the daycare) but I called and told her that she couldn't come in because she was sick. The next day my daughter was still really sick so I took her to the doctor and still kept her out of daycare for the next few days. When she was better, I called and told her that she would be returning to the daycare. She told me that it seemed that I couldn't afford it because my child doesnt come everyday. I have never been late paying her and the time my child was sick I stilled paid her. A year later, I was stupid enough to try her again. Even though she says she has other kids, I never see any other child there but her own son, I'm not sure when trips are taken but my child seems to be always in front of the tv no matter what time I come to pick my child up. This time I tried her, I used her drop-in service. So, I paid only for the days I would. She would repeatedly call me at work and tell me that I have to pick up my child because she had to "take care of business." She would apologize and promise me half of my money back for those days she couldn't watch her. Everytime I called to pick up the money, she had an excuse... either she didnt have it or she wasn't home. When I finally got tired of her and needed the money for my child's new daycare, she said she doesn't do refunds. Needless to say I haven't been back to the money-hungry cheep-skate!
