My son is enrolled in the Smyrna classes with an instructor that is absolutly outstanding. Mr Joe is more than I could have hoped for as far as teaching respect, discipline, self-defense and character. I would recommend this program to anyone that has children.

This has been a great experience for my children and the level of skill and discipline that is taught is remarkable

I went to one of these schools years ago and they seemed more interested in charging fees for kids "testing" for their belts than teach discipline. The Soccer moms would all brag about how fast their kids moved up and when their kids next test was. None of the kids could fight their way out of a wet paper bag. I went to school with girl that was a black belt in this; she has a bad temper and put her mother in the hospital once. Nice discipline, huh?
