As an addendum to my original post, Keith with City Wide Wrecker contacted me Wednesday, heard me out and reassured me that the employee responsible for sending me the inappropriate texts had been reprimanded. I wanted to make sure that I made note of the administrative efforts taken on behalf of City Wide to resolve my complaint within days of me first lodging the issue as a demonstration of my appreciation of the matter being handled swiftly and professionally. (please refer to earlier review for further details)

My car was towed for parking where I shouldn't have. When I called City Wide, they were very helpful in telling me how to claim my car and giving me directions. The situation could have been alot worse, at least when I arrived at City Wide - my car had been handled professionally. I am just glad they were so careful with my car.

Absolutely the worst customer service. The representative who answered my call was rude and condescending and He actually hung up the phone on me after giving me their quote. And while their quote was the cheapest I found (would have saved $25), I did not hire them for the job because of their lack of customer service. Don't bother wasting your time.

you would be better off picking up your car and carrying it away on your back than dealing with these guys. Avoid them if at all possible, and don't take my word for it. Ask the better business bureau about them.

I wish Kudzu had negative numbers. Even after I was incorrectly towed (had parking pass), they still demanded money to have my car released. Needless to say, they didn't get it.

I went to pick up my car and no one could find it. They looked through all of their paper work and asked around the office yet nobody knew anything about it. I was told it must be at a city lot. I asked to go onto the lot and look for it and was told I could not. 3 Months later I found they did in deed have my car but they were not going to drop the charges that had incurred over the past 3 months. If you are going to City-Wide to pick up your vehicle, bring your lawyer with you.
