Earlier today I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the mall with a Cleartalk employee: Josh. I was looking to purchase a phone but after having to wait for over 10 min. while he was chatting on the phone this person proved to be completely unhelpful and unknowledgeable! Even worse, he clearly made sexual advances towards me--in front of my 4-year-old son! So disrespectful. I am a straight man; I felt ANGRY, beyond offended and EXTREMELY unconfortable. Immediately I took my son and left. Later upon passing the kiosk on our way back my vehicle, the same young man was groping a very large, obese lady, also wearing a Cleartalk T-shirt. They were all over eachother like teenagers. Co-workers? I do not know, but how unprofessional! I was disgusted, appalled, and confused! I will take my business elsewhere.

There was a post about a man yesterday that I can clearly say is NOT TRUE! This morning I went to the main location just asking for information and the young man was very proper, polite, and a nice smile at all times. Not once was he rude or immature. Long story short, I ended up buying a new phone, that I ended up liking a lot, and free service for a month. I was wrong for judging so quickly but I still stand on what I said before about the other employees. Plus never once did anyone visit him during his shift to show any public display of affection. I would know, I work in the mall and I can see the kiosk from the store. And there also wasn't a single man there with a child of four years of age. All the children came with females. The post from yesterday is a joke. Most likely a prank from one of his co-workers. It was April Fools. Probably the one I wrote about back in December. Never the less, Joshua is a great man and Cleartalk has changed my mind. If you see this, thank you again Joshua or should I say "Dude".
