I have never heard anyone say anything good about this company, but have heard plenty of people describe their bad experiences with this company and/or Bob Galberth. If you choose to do business with this company, especially as a tenant, you will most likely be sorry! This company doesn't present itself as caring. This company and its staff are unethical. They are always so nonchalant as if this company is just a cover for something else. The receptionist is a rude, very unknowledgable woman who acts like a scared little girl whenever we've gone into the office or called about something. We had a horrible ant problem that we noticed within the first week, but they did nothing about it. They have a practice of hiring inexperienced, oftentimes, high-school aged people to perform maintenance at the home, then go after the homeowner and tenant for repair/maintenance costs (which are overpriced considering quality of work performed). This company violated two parts of our rental agreement. At our final walk-through, Bob "okay'ed" our clearance and accepted our house keys. Then over 21 days later (which is a contract violation), mailed us a security deposit for $1000 less than what it should have been. He did not tell us of any needed home repairs nor did he afford us the opportunity to fix things(another contract violation). He charged us for negligence when the negligence was on the part of the owner, not us as tenants. STAY AWAY from this business and Bob Galberth!
