Bait and switch! Absolute criminals and as deceitful as I've ever seen in a business. The several times that I have gone there they have tried to charge me for a service I did not request. The order takers love to add services on the ticket and when you go to pay they think you won't notice. Just because it's Johns Creek doesn't mean that we don't care about cost. Finally, the person who hands you your keys after drying the car holds out his hand demanding a tip.....after giving him $5 to dry the car he said he wanted more! Told management and they said that they would speak with him.....

I stop by because I see their sign of $15 Emission test service. When I pulled in, the technician told me they ran out of certificates. I when inside to get their business card so I can call in advance. The person in counter told me they're upgrading their system. Two different answers. I thought I would give them another chance. A few days later, I call to make sure they can do the Emission test before came in. The technician took my car and only a couple of minutes later, came in the waiting area to get me. He told me my car's OBD port has no power and therefore, he can't check it. I toke my care home and wondering if a few has blown. I open the fuse box and don't see any fuse for OBD. I called the service department and ask him about the OBD port and he said there is no fuse. I then drove to a friend and test it with his OBD scanner. The OBD port is fine. I took my car to another Emission test play and they can read my OBD port and passed my car. I believe these people do the test for cheap so people would bring their cars there for oil change or car wash. If you only want to do emission test, they don't want to do it.

We will no longer go to them! I had my car in for $100+ worth of service and my son's new Ipod touch was stolen from the car! We understood they have a policy for not being responsible for items left in the car, but when we adamantly explained it was stolen in their possession--I would have hoped that they would have offered me future credit credits--not even cash--as compensation. But they refused. Instead, the owners, Aaron & Kimberly, insisted that the staff was trustworthy and my son lost it elsewhere which we know to be false. They have lost our (3 cars) and our friends' business! We will now caution everyone of their dishonest employees and their refusal to make good on what was a very good customer. There are may other trustworthy car washes in the area that will gladly take our business!!
