Told I needed 2 fillings, today found out by more experienced dentist I didn't need them! Painful cleaning and unneccessary charges. Also, my husband was told to wait so the hygenist could clean someone else who had an appointment AFTER him so kind of unorganized. Don't buy dental insurance, find a good dentist- it will be worth it long term!!

I went in for a cleaning and received a "Treatment Plan" totaling over $6K in unnecessary procedures. The treatment plan included the application of a medication called Arestin for $1,080.00. The coordinator was able to offer very little information about the drug (stating at one point that it must be necessary because the doctor recommended it) but she was adamant that I needed the Arestin injections, even stating that they would rather not perform the cleaning without it. It also included the replacement of all of my existing crowns for a total of $5,400.00. According to the Patient Care Coordinator, this was necessary because it appeared that I was allergic to the non-precious elements contained within my existing crowns. The Patient Care Coordinator seemed more interested in discussing payment options than discussing the medical necessity of the dentist's recommendations. I left immediately and found another dentist to perform the cleaning. The new dentist saw no need for Arestin or for the replacement crowns. My gums are fine and show no signs of being allergic to the crowns. I do have one small cavity and one of my amalgams needs to be replaced.

Both my wife and I have been here once, about a year apart. Both had very similiar experience. At first they seem nice enough, but the nurses and doctor were very pushy about selling treatments that weren't really needed and trying to get us to apply for their credit card. I would expect that at a store, but not from a dentist! I understand they are in business to make a profit, but it shouldn't come before patient's wellfare.

I went there as a first-time patient. It took over 2 hours just to get my examination. I did not feel as though they cared about me or my time. This is definitely not the place to go.
