I recently had a water leak and was pretty panicked. Paul Nestor at Coastal Floors helped me through the whole ordeal. My new hardwoods were installed on Friday and I could not be happier. They are absolutely gorgeous! It was so very helpful working with someone who is so knowledgeable of the products available. Everything was done in a very timely manner and things were left very clean. Coastal floors will be completing my new master bath this week, and I can't wait to see it!

We visited Coastal Floors and were in the showroom for about five minutes looking around before leaving. There were two men sitting in chairs chatting and nobody approached us or even said hello. We left and continued on to a few other stores that day. When we were getting things narrowed down, we decided to give Coastal Floors one more chance. We were greeted this time by the same two men that were in the store three weeks prior. One of them was Paul and I think the other one might have been a distributor. We told them what type/style of hardwood we were looking for and our budget. They showed us a different style of floor that we really liked and said they could do it within our budget and even gave us a verbal price per square foot. Paul came out a few days later to measure and work up a quote and said he would call by Saturday. My wife called toward the end of the day Saturday and Paul was very abrupt and said "nope, I haven't worked on the quote and nope, I probably won't get to it today." We never did hear back from Paul nor did we contact him. The initial sales pitch was super aggressive which I was willing to overlook but the service was terrible all around. We have since purchased floors for the entire main level of our house from another company.

I shopped 5 stores before placing a $20,000 order for hardwoods here. I saw a few bad reviews and asked about them. About 3 years ago this location was purchased by a 30 year old company. Installation was perfect. I highly suggest shopping here.

Paul gave me a really good deal and matched my price after I had shopped around for several months. He arranged for me to get the carpet installed the following week after my purchase on a day convenient to me. The carpet installers who completed my job today were extremely conscientious, thorough, and did an excellent job of matching seams. They also were very good at furniture re-placement and cleaned up after themselves. I would heartily recommend this company. I was very pleased.

Unfortunately I was introduced to this company through a tile sales rep who no longer works for him but the bottom line is all the negative reviews are accurate. The price may seem inexpensive on initial look but Paul will find a way to try to get you to pay more than you agree to. We were given an initial quote to install tile and almost a month later he wants to renegotiate the price of the install. Purchased tile from him and kept it in his warehouse because he was supposed to install. Now that he changed the terms of the agreement and we decided not to do business with him, he is holding our "PAID for tile" hostage! Going to court for sure...What a way to treat a military family..will be blacklisted from every military installation in Georgia

Not a reputable firm and not worth doing business with them. There are too many other flooring companies than these guys to take the risk. Prices are good but you get what you pay for. Paul, the manager/agent, lacks integrity and has a used car salesman attitude. Not only did he change the quote amount on me, but he didn't complete the work once we got started even though I paid in full (BIG mistake on my part - his 100% satisfaction guarantee is not worth the web page it's written on). His installers are adequate at best; they wanted to install laminate flooring contrary to manufacturer's instructions which would have voided the warranty (confirmed this with manufacturer). Also did not want to seal the underlayment seams or even use the correct type of tape. They left huge gaps between wall and flooring, in some places twice the gap that they are supposed to leave for expansion. In addition, his carpet installer cut carpet short and Paul would not replace. Paul walked away from job rather than have the scruples to fix the mistakes and finish the work. If you do dare to do business with Coastal Floors, do not pay them until you are fully satisfied and EVERYTHING is fixed the way you want (and take your time, it's amazing what you find even after you look over their work multiple times). Actual company name is Georgia Coastal Floors, LLC if you ever need to file a lawsuit.

Stop by Coastal to get a cabinet quote. Paul ask me to email my cabinet layout to him and he would email me a quote. 2 1/2 weeks later no quote. Stop by again, Paul said he would have it to me that afternoon. Another week or so goes by, no quote. Called Paul, he apologized and said he would have me a quote again by that afternoon. It's now been over 2 months and no quote. Guess he just doesn't need business from me, so why not just say it up front and not waste my time.

The guy is knowledge but lack of integrity is the biggest problem. There is no way I do business with him. My wife and I shopped at this place and agreed on the price. We brought the deposit check the very next morning. He no longer honored the price quoted the day prior. We walked.

It's hard to know who you can and can't trust in these times, Paul Nestor and his crews are definitely someone you can trust, and if there is a problem they are quick to fix. We'll be doing business with them again.

Buying carpet here was easy, kid friendly, and no pressure! Paul and Wendy made buying carpet easy for us. They helped us pick out the carpet that was the best for our situation and had very competitve pricing. We got the one on one attention that we needed since we did not know a lot about carpet. The guys that installed the carpet were nice and professional.

Customer service like this is hard to find. We found Coastal to be professional, competitive, and most of all they were very educational! Coastal Floors is our Flooring Store!
