I checked in at just about every Central Florida Honda dealership in my quest to purchase a new car... I didn't much care for Coggin when I dropped by in 1989 to purchase a new Accord and, based on my recent shopping experience, nothing has changed. Coggin personifies your typical high pressure, high volume Japanese import warehouse. I actually dropped by just to see some color combos live and in person and was met by a young man bearing the name of a famous chipmunk. He immediately went to work on me. Made a deal on a handshake an minimal deposit on a car that would arrive in two or three days. The car never did arrive and I wound up taking by business to another dealership and got a better deal on a car that was immediately available. No real harm, no real foul except, during my interaction with Mr. Salesguy I caught him in several little lies. Little lies, all intended to keep me on the hook or to delay the refund of my minimal deposit. With that said a personal visit to the dealership and a chat with someone higher up on the sales department food chain immediately resolved the issue with no issues. If you are dead set on buying a Honda in the Orlando area I found Courtesy in Sanford to be the most straight forward, Classic fairly nuetral, and Holler never had the car in stock. I did find that the deals in the Tampa area to be worth the drive with Hondaland and Kuhn to be the hands down winner in terms of price.

I bought my car here and have found their service center to do a pretty good job. I don't find their south Orlando location convenient, but the service staff is helpful. Sometimes the place gets really crowded, but they show movies and have free food.
