Customer support is Colocation America's bread and butter. Their technicians sound almost happy whenever I call and were there when my server got DDoS at 3 in the morning. It was very important to me because I run an online store with thousands of international customers. I make most of my sales through my website so when it goes down I need it to be back up immediately. Colocation America stepped up to the plate and got my website back up 20 minutes into the call.

My sad hosting story begins when I decided on a hosting company because they offered the lowest price. The support was horrible. I called them several times and they kept on saying that my files were the problems. After a month of with them I stopped the service and switched over to Colocation America. They helped setup my server with the same files that the other guy said won't work and lo behold it works....
