I would not reccomend Dr. Colon to anyone, especially if this is your first child. I am pregnant with my first child and I didnt know anything about pregnancy and what to expect and she did not make me feel comfortable at all. Ever since my first visit she would come in the room and literally never was in the room for more than 2 minutes. She would come in and barely look at me and just say ok well i'll see you in 4 weeks. She wouldnt inform me about what i should be expecting or talk about birthing options. I would read stuff in magazines that would tell me about tests and signs for pre-term labor and ect and all of them would say your doctor should tell you about this and that and Dr. Colon never talked to me about anything. Everyone kept pressuring me to just stick it out with her but I ended up changing in my last trimester because I couldnt take her anymore. She should be more professional and care more about her patients instead of rushing to get through all the patients for the day. I will never reccomend her to anyone.

After my doctor retired, he recommended Dr. Colon. At first I hesitated due to never being treated by a female before. Was that ever a misconception! Dr. Colon is the absolute best! She is compassionate, caring and knows her field. I highly recommend her to everyone looking for a new doctor!
