Colonial installed hardwoods in a brand new house for me. While the product looked good at first, we've had a number of issues. After calling and emailing no less than 20 times for assistance, they never once got back to me. Totally unacceptable. Stay away!

Great experience from start to finish. Floors look excellent , quality product for a great price. Colonial Floors was very professional, they were on time and did the job as promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Colonial Floor installed my hardwood floor (1,200 sq ft of Engineering Rosewood)in April '09 and my floor has never look better. Quality installation from start to finish. No issue with squeeking and buckling. I have searched three months on the internet before hiring them. They offered the best price (40% cheaper than others) but never expect their workmanship to be top notch as well. Regard to the complain from previous post, if you have moisture issue with your concrete floor, you should select Engineering over Solid hardwood. Also, alway use Bostik Best mositure resisting glue for your installation. It maybe a bit expensive but it give you a peace of mind. I highly recommend Colonial Floor. Keep up the good work!!!

Installed wood floors. 1 year later floors buckling and cupping badly. Called for them to come check, said they'd call me back. Called again, left message after message but was completely ignored. New contractor said they used wrong glue and trowel. This combined with moisture (my fault, i put down barrier) led to my issue. Use them at your own risk. Floors did look good for 6 months, though.
