We had Comfort Control install an Amana unit a year ago, but after vandals punched several holes into the condenser coil, we had to get another unit. We went with a Lennox XC14 and had it installed today. Everything from sales to installation was outstanding (Even though I wasn't home during the install but my wife was and she told me all about it). Technicians Ta Kim and Vu worked extremely hard throughout the whole installation and made sure everything was operating the way it should. We have been CC customers for years and they installed our new downstairs furnace a few weeks ago and our new upstairs furnace last Summer. Both furnaces are SL280v's by Lennox. Thanks Comfort Control for the incredible service! They were there when we needed them. This company should be rated way more than five stars...

I had a Lennox SL280V and 14ACX installed today. Price was $2500 less than one of my other quotes. The sales guy (John) did a load-calculation on my house, which none of my other quotes did. He was easy to deal with, no high-pressure, used-car salesmen taint to him. The installers arrived today, and had it all installed in a few hours. The install looks (to my untrained eye) to be very well done. Everything looks good/clean/neat. It appears that no corners were cut in the install..I expect this system will last a long time. 5 stars.

Ta and Chris installed a replacement A/C unit today and they were wonderful. They were very professional in their work plus they left everything neat and clean. They were on time and went right to work. This company is the best and their office staff (Lisa) is A++ This is my second unit they have had to replace and I will never use anyone else. Everything is top quality with them. Thanks Comfort Control. John also was a big help in recommending the correct size A/C unit that would be the best for the area. Pat Reinhardt

I had not planned on signing up for HVAC service twice a year, but was impressed with the work done today, and felt it would be a good idea. Ta Kim convinced me he knows what he is doing, and he works with you to make sure you understand and agree with his assessment.

Normally, I like to work with owner-operators. Same guy that does the work is the one who answers the phone. The buck stops with him. However, I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with an owner-operator HVAC repairman. I found Comfort Control on the internet, reviewed their website, read the most recent of hundreds of overwhelmingly positive reviews (and the few negative ones), from their customers, and decided to call them. One of our two furnaces with AC unit needed replacing. From the initial consultation, to the installation, to the follow up contact with the company, everyone, including the receptionist, was courteous, professional, listened to my concerns, and acted accordingly. The real test came after the installation, all monies had been paid, and I had what I thought was an irregular noise coming from the new furnace. (It turned out to be a vibration in the return air duct). My call back to the company was returned right away, and they scheduled a return visit promptly. In addition, they replaced a faulty humidifier humidistat on the furnace they did not replace, free of charge. The people at Comfort Control have gone above and beyond good customer service and have earned my loyalty as a customer for as long as I live in the areas they service.

It is unnerving to find someone you trust in an area that you know nothing about, but Tom and his business seem to be honest and above board. I recently recommended them to my neighbor and she emailed me to thank me. They too were very pleased

The middle of last year needing to replace our air conditiong and heating in our home. After looking at companies we desided on Comfort Control, met with company rep ordered the unit and a week or two later installers came and install everything (very professional) making sure that we understood everything regarding our air conditiong and heating. Compay called a couple weeks later to check making sure that everything was working well (very impressed by the follow up call). Everyone with this company impress us from the rep., to the installer, and the follow up from the company.

Takim came at the appointed time and was very helpful explaining our Lennox furnace system to me. He was there for an 18 pt inspection but he also showed me an issue we had with the water heater drain into the furnace drain pan. Thank you Takim.

Don't sign any contracts with these people. Service not done and refuse to issue refund. Got nasty attitude and sarcasm instead. "We've got thousands of customers we don't have time to call them all". Get ready for the run around if you try and deal with these folks.

We have done everything possible to reason with this customer but he is just being unreasonable. We have sent him a full refund as he requested. As always Comfort Control Inc. guarantees 100% sanctification or your money back.
Josh and Phillip were prompt, informative, considerate and clean. They gave me good information for my future HVAC needs......and so nice for a change that they listened to my needs and weren't pushy....only helpful.

Comfort control offers a energy evaluation of your home and comfort system. This test will uncover your homes largest energy losses such as air leaks to the attic and duct leakage. We recycle our cardboard and all the metal from old equipment is cut up and sent to a scrap yard for recycle. Freon is recovered and compressor oil is drained and send out for proper disposal.
