I have been a delighted customer for several years. Recently they added a plumbing service. I needed some service and called the same people I use for AC service. They sent tommy barba. He was fantastic. I highly recommend the comfort team.

We have 2 a/c units and have used Comfort Team for years for regular service/repairs. We bought a new TRANE from them 7 years ago. They're always professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Jason Gondella did our most recent service and repair and was terrific!

I usually do not give bad reviews, but this is an exception. I heard their ad on a local radio station and made an appointment for a check up. They called 2 days early, which I thought was to confirm my appointment but they were asking if they could come that day. They did call the say before to confirm appointment was still ok and to let me know when the technician was on his way. The tech seem pre-occupied constantly on his cell phone chatting. Even my 13 year old commented on the tech being on his cell. The one thing I can commend the tech on is that he taped up the "leaks" in the air handler that previous techs from other companies had not bothered to seal up. He also turned off the light which some of the previous techs had left on. He checked the outside unit. Then he washed down the coils. He was going to do it with the hose and thumb, but I already had a nozzle on the hose. i.e. he did not have his own hose nozzle. Then he did his paperwork. I went inside found he left a $90 ladder by the access hatch. I took it out to him. He had to offer/sell maintenance plans and recommended a float switch to turn off AC if the drip pan filled. It takes less than 5 minutes to check drain with compressed air! Today was hot and the handler kept blowing but it wasn't getting cool. The tech left the power link on top of the power box YESTERDAY. I reinstalled the link. I cannot recommend the Comfort team, AKA AC by Jay or Dial Comfort.

We were in need of routine service for our heating/cooling unit. A friend suggested we try the Comfort Team. The office staff was polite and helpful. We received a call indicating our service tech was on his way...and it was on time! The service person, Frank Mata, was terrific. He explained what he was going to do, did it and didn't leave a mess. He was a personable and professional tech. Good work, Frank. I am now a customer.
