When you go somewhere once and have poor quality and service, sometimes you give them the benefit of the doubt and go back. In this case, we went back twice and had the same horrible experiences all 3 times. Service has always been the main issue. Once our pizza, after being told there was a backup in the kitchen, was served 45 minutes late but cold. Ovbiously the kitchen wasn't the problem, the pizza had sat there. When we brought it to his attention, he took $2 off of the $125 tab. We had to pay for the cold pizza! Ridiculous. On the second visit, our glasses sat empty and awaiting refills for over 75% of our stay. The third trip we were convinced by friends who had heard of rave reviews to try it again... once again bad food, service delays and couldn't get a drink refill to save our lives.
