Best Company for home warranty with 0 deductible they have saved me a lot of money on repairs. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. My ice maker went out on my refrigerator and they couldn't replace the part. They gave me money down on my new refrigerator and I was not expecting such great service from a warranty company. Great Company!

I am extremely happy and satisfied with this company. They are always friendly when I call and extremely helpful. I like that you can find your own servicer, if you want to and that they are quick with any payment reimbursement. They are easy to deal with. Ive been with quite a few other home warranty companies before I tried CP and was always disappointed. I would definitely recommend this Complete Appliance Protection to anyone looking. Nina Clark

We live in Florida. The summer weather is in the 90+. Our AC breaks down in the middle of the day. We called CP Complete Appliance Protection. Within minutes, we are talking to a customer agent. She gave me several phone numbers to call to arrange fast service. The AC technician was outstanding. He explained to my wife patiently about the cause/prevention of our AC failure - drainage block. We are so happy to having our AC back on again. With CP, there is no service call or out-of-pocket deduction. Complete Appliance Protection is the best HOME Warranty in the country.

I cannot express enough my absolute delight in the customer service and organizational structure of the Complete Appliance Protection Company. Having reviewed them originally on Angie's List, and being the only company with an A+ rating on their listing, I hesitantly signed up for the CAP Program because I have been burned in the past by other firms. Not so with CAP. I originally signed up for their $48 per month plan, but after experiencing a plumbing problem and the outrageous cost for repair, I increased my premium to the $60 per month program and I couldn't be happier. Day or night, when I call, they answer. They are always pleasant and easy to deal with. I simply provide my name and address and they give me an authorization code. I call and the repair crews they have chosen are outstanding, making the necessary repairs and taking care of everything. I am on a first name basis with the repair crews, not because they come out so much, but because they are so very nice to work with. I am so grateful that CAP is there 24 hours a day and always provide the most outstanding customer service with a smile and a thank you. The repair teams are, as I said earlier, awesome and the speed in which my ac was repaired today was incredible. I called CAP at 10am....the repair service provider at 10:10am. They called me back at 11 am to inform me my repair man would be at my home in a half hour. A half hour after that....done. How could you do better than that?

I have been a customer of this home warranty company for at least 5 years now. Whenever I call for repair service a live person answers the phone and I am immediately given the name and phone number of a local service contractor. I call the contractor directly to set up service and I don't pay a dime out of pocket. There is no co-pay for a service call and I can schedule the call at my convenience, usually within a day. While the monthly fee has continued to increase over the years the value is still better than other warranty companies because there is no co-pay and I have never had to dispute a claim - everything on the appliance is covered.

Complete Appliance Protection has been a joy to work with since we signed up. We have been with them for about 4 months. They have been very responsive and flexible with our repair choice and always willing to work to our satisfaction. The staff has been friendly and courteous. I will continue to recommend this organization to all my friends.

I have the Full House Plus - $60/month plan. Three months after moving into my house I was in need of a plumber to fix two issues (water hammer and a leaking pipe connected to my ice maker). I called CAP (who has very friendly customer service reps!) and explained my problem. They gave me an authorization number and said I could call any plumber I wanted to fix the problem, and then they would either pay the plumber directly, or have me pay the plumber and then reimburse me. I called a plumber, and he came out and gave me an estimate to fix the two problems. While the plumber was at my place, he also spoke to CAP and they gave him the go-ahead to complete the work. I paid the plumber directly, and then submitted my reimbursement claim via email to CAP. Two weeks later I had my check from CAP. Yeah, it's an extra step to get something fixed because you need to call to get the authorization, and potentially also have the fix-it person speak to CAP, but in the end the service I'm paying for worked, so I'm happy!

We have had coverage for our rental property in Texas with CAP for the last 5 years and have had extraordinary service! Someone is always available to take our calls and answer our questions regarding coverage. We have had numerous issues with the 2 a/c units in the home and CAP has quickly and efficiently handled the reimbursements without hassle or questions. We also appreciate that our fees have increased minimally over the last 5 years (despite our a/c issues). If you are looking for honest, knowledgeable and top quality service... there is no comparison!

I love Complete Appliance Protection. The phone is always real person and they take care of my house problem so quickly. They make sure my communications between matainance companies were clear and prompt. The service guy came over with good knowledge and fix my electricity problems less than an hour. Their warranties absolutely worth it. Great attitute and awesome service.

I have two properties with home warranties from Complete Appliance Protection. I've been very pleased with the level of service and responsiveness I've received from them. Every time I call they are able to get a technician out promptly. (In one case, I called mid-afternoon on a SATURDAY and the A/C repairman was there later that afternoon!) The repair companies they contract with are professional, courteous and best of all, they get the job done right the first time; not having to pay for service charges is an added plus. I highly recommend Complete Appliance Protection.

Highly recommend this company, they do exactly what they say they will do! I really looked around before purchasing a home warranty and I do believe this one is the best. The man who services my appliances says hes does lots of home warranty service work and he says by far this is the easiest one to work with, he said they respond quickly and pay up fast. He was amazed at the terms of the contract and that they didn't refuse to do the work. I guess other companies that he works with are not that easy to get the work authorized or treat the customers fair. I just decided to replace my old dishwasher instead of fixing it and the company paid the scheduled reimbursement cost within 10 days. I really feel I have treated very fairly by this company! I give them a 5 star rating!

We used to have a different home warranty but dropped them because the service was awful. I've already had a few claims with CP after moving into my new home, and they have handled all of them promptly and professionally. The customer service is top notch! I have been really impressed with how hassle-free all of my repairs have been and would recommend this company to anyone!

After doing my research, I decided to go with Complete Appliance Protection. The representative that took my enrollment was very courteous and answered all my questions. The best part of the program is Zero deductible. I have had to use them once so far on my furnace. The process was very simple in calling them and getting the name of the repair person in my area. I chose Complete Appliance Protection as my home warrenty when purchasing my new home and I didn't realize just how quickly I was going to need them. We moved into our Dallas home in February and it was unseasonably warm and had several friends helping us. Come to find out the AC wasn't working. I called the 1-800 number at 2:15 in the afternoon on a Friday, the first servicer that they had me call couldn't come out till Monday. I called CAP back and they called out someone else and that servicer was there in an hour. By 5:00 that evening the AC was up and working again. When you move it seems like you are always paying sombody somthing. And since they don't have a deductable I didn't have to worry about paying anything. I was so happy that I didn't have to wait till Monday! Thanks Complete Appliance Protection for making it easy!
