I purchased overnight shipping for $26.99 on Thursday in the early afternoon, as well as paying $5.99 for a power jack that was $0.99 on eBay. I charged my customer an additional $30 to get the item in the next day. The item did not arrive until the following Tuesday, and I had to refund my customer the cost of the item (I normally include power jacks in the cost of the work anyway, but only at $1 or $2!). I wound up making very little money on the job, having to disassemble the laptop and solder on a new power jack, having an unhappy customer, and Computer Medix said they'd been busy and refused to refund the cost of shipping. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

This guy obviously has very little work to do and a pitiful life. He was on a crusade to post nonsense everywhere after he was unhappy about shipping time for an order he placed the week before Christmas during one of our busiest times of the year. We offered him the difference in shipping cost as a refund, but he wanted a "full" refund - wanted the item for free too. Long story short, he lost his Paypal chargeback claim today, 1-25-2012. Nathan Gundlach is the real scammer here. Just search "nathan gundlach marietta" and you'll see he doesn't just try to repair computers, he sells Fentanyl near schools.
