keep trying to support local small business. First time kept the lap top months to fix taken off site by "Jake". then of course next time too old to fix bought new next time same thing but found on line 100 cheaper not only would Brand not match price or wake up the ailing manager, Ruben, in the back but up charged for data transfer. Found out next day when i went to pick it up and when Brant came in hid in the back to not have to face his own behvior. FYI 2 gentlemen in when i was picking mine up their computers not done when promised either.

My experience with them has been so terrible I can't even put into words how exasperated I am. When I brought the computer in, they knew exactly what part they needed. They elected to wait three days to see if they had the part and found it had to be ordered. Finally, I was told to pick it up in the morning. It worked, yay. So after 12, I go by to pick it up. "oh he's bringing it now, come back later". In that huge shop, they don't work on-site? Why do I feel strange about some guy taking my computer home with him? I go back to pick it up. I pay. I'm told everything works great, like an idiot I trust them and bring it home. Still not working.

In the past they have come to my home and done troubleshooting for me. I have used Computer Zone for about four years now and I really think they are great. I think that he charges about $100 an hour when he comes to my houes, but he has been very patient with me and has given me extra time at times. He is very good with people that are computer illiterate. I always keep a running list of questions and problems for when he does come over.

This has to be some of the worst customer service that I have experienced. I took my laptop in to have the backlight replaced...pretty simple task. I got it back a week later and there was something wrong with the screen. I took it in the next day, they said that they would call me that evening when it was finished. I never got the call. I called the next evening and they said it was ready, so I went the following morning to pick it up only to find that the computer was not there. They said it was with the Tech and he had not brought it back yet. They said that they were not sure what time he was coming back. These guys are so arrogant. I literally had to threaten the manager with filing a police report to get my laptop back.

We dropped my laptop off for service and it took them forever to return it. Finally, I called them and said I needed it and was told that it was 'offsite' being fixed by a technician and that I would have to wait for him to bring it back in. He finally did repair it and return it (after I called back a half dozen times that day). It has worked fine ever since, so the repair quality was good, at least.
