Excellent company, On time, very thoughtful took us from managed to self managed,provided all the services any property management company, we got a new manager in under three days,less that what we were paying and we now hare our own community. Better services, better financial statements, Happier homeowners and best of all we are saving big time, will come out to over $100K this year alone. Assisted in developing contractor parameters and guidelines, and they are helping us the Board to do things right. Instructing staff, assisting the residents in the transition and so much more, we are going to use them to create a preventive maintenance program for us amongst other things, NO pressure from these folks nice friendly professional people, if you need them USE them. They're Great!!!
