Fantastic place to workout!! I see ladies losing weight every week. One member (T) just recently lost 100lbs!! She's an inspiration to us all! And she only comes 3 days a week! Other members are having great successes: I've lost almost 20lbs, D has lost 38lbs, M has lost 30, C has lost 60, S has lost 12... The list goes on and on.. The gym owner is very knowledgeable and motivates everyone to stay on track with their nutrition and workout goals!! If you need to lose weight or get fit, this is the place to be!! Inexpensive too!! A little over a dollar a day!

Contours Express in Snellville is the best place in town to get fit and healthy. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff is great and so are the members. Since it's basically set up as circuit training, I can get both my cardio and weights in all within 30-45 minutes depending on how hard I want to work.

A good place to work out, using weight based equipment. Staff is courteous and helpful in how to use the equipment. Place is clean. Staff always ready to work with anyone that wants to do more floor exercises or routines.

UPDATE: This location closed in 2009 due to the death of the owner. You may want to check out other Contours locations. I think there is one in Loganville GA. ----- This is a smaller workout place than you may be used to - but it's more worth your time. It's women-only workout with weights. You can get good results by visiting 2-3 times a week for only 30 minutes a visit, if you want a quick workout. They have about 12 stations. Prerecorded motivating music is played. After a few minutes a voice comes on to say "Switch Stations"... you then move to the next workout machine or activity. Each station has instructions, but they will give you individualized help whenever you want it. Having the reminder to switch activities is great, keeps you from getting bored. I was there for an hour last night, and it felt like only 5 minutes, because it was so fun. The staff is great. You just scan your bar code tag when you come in, so there's no lengthy check-in/check-out process. Although it's a workout with weights, this is not the place to go if you want to do body building, however. Most machines go up to 75-80 lbs. It's for people who want toning and fitness. The pricing is very affordable. $49 to sign up, and monthly fees or contracts available for 6 months or a year. Sometimes they run specials, so it won't hurt to call or visit and ask.
