nothing but maintenance problems since the day we moved in. The units are nice and spacious, but AC and boiler issues ALL THE TIME. Took them over a week to bring us a microwave which was promised before move in, and it's a teeny tiny unit w/ 4 big holes on top so it doesn't heat food worth a dang. They said they were going to mount it, that still hasn't happened 2 months later. AC unit was so dirty our bill was $135 and we were still sweating like pigs. Wasn't until Xcel offered to have a certified AC technician that mgt sent some one to change the filter. Xcel said a dirty filter can increase engery usage (and therefore the BILL) by AT LEAST 25%. We had no hot water upon move in- turns out the boiler was broke. They "fixed" it but we smelt gas off and on...finally called xcel and they said it was leaking gas which thankfully wasn't at lethal levels but the technician confirmed this could be causing the extreme fatigue and headaches we've both had since moving in. Mgt denied the gas leak could cause any ill effects. Everything's been a fight- for basic crap like getting a screen door put on the balcony so we can leave the door open with out letting in the masses of wasps that nest all over the building. To get a dang light bulb installed so we can climb the stairs not being in pitch black at night.. Every issue takes multiple calls and trips to the office. For the amount we pay to live here it should not be this much of a struggle. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

I hate apartments that all look the same and this community stands out for it's great detail and character! It is close to everything! Starbucks across the street and all!
